Who We Are
Principal Accountant/Owner

Karen Liedtka once dreamed of running her own tax and accounting business and first began taking accounting courses as a Freshman in high school. She developed a passion for helping others manage their money and began taking on clients while still in college.

Karen attended Burlington County College where she obtained her Associates degree in Accounting. Karen then attended Ashford University where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Accounting with a specialization in Finance. Karen was a member of the Future Business Leaders of America during High School and was on the Dean's List every semester at both Burlington County College and Ashford University. She was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honor Society through both institutions. During the Summer of 2014, Karen became a member of the NAPW (National Association of Professional Women). Each year she participates in the Annual Filing Season Program and is recognized as a Federal Tax Return Preparer with credentials and select qualifications with the IRS.

K's Tax & Accounting Services is a small full service bookkeeping and accounting business that is owned and operated by Karen Liedtka. We currently offer tax preparation and notary services for individuals and offer a wide range of services for businesses. These services include, but are not limited to Cash Management (Bank Reconciliations), Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Quarterly Sales Tax Filings.
We are conveniently located in New Egypt, NJ just minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure, New Egypt Speedway and the Laurita Winery.
